On August 2, 2023, Prolydian deployed an update that allows candidates to schedule a remote proctored appointment for a time within 24 hours from the current time. Previously, candidates were only able to schedule an appointment that was 24+ hours from the current time.
If a candidate selects a time within 24 hours from the current time, they will be required to pay a $25 premium scheduling fee before their appointment is added or change the appointment date/time. This cost is required to offset premium scheduling fees incurred by proctoring services.
On June 15, 2023, all Prolydian exams proctored by ProctorU will require the use of the new Guardian Browser. Additional information will be shared directly with all ProctorU customers. Helpful resources are available below:

Our initial tests have shown a significant increase in initial load and searching speed within the Applicants listing and Item Bank Items listing. Loading and search speed within the Examinees listing has improved minimally (~ 10-25% increase depending on the nature of the search).
Prolydian's development team is continuing to research and address listing performance within the system. Additional incremental updates will be performed over the coming months.
A minor update was performed this morning, which allows credential managing users to set custom Certificant and Continuing Education Credit labels within a credential. These labels are used when displaying the certification "achievement" on the main dashboard and on the "My certifications" dashboard. Check out the video below to learn how to set these values.
